My real estate career began at 20 years old rehabbing and building homes with my father while going to school. I’ve lived in Southern California for almost 40 years and know the neighborhoods within Los Angeles well.                                 

After graduating from California State University in Los Angeles with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Marketing Management, I began my 20 year career in Sales & Marketing resulting in too many achievement awards to list.

I am a shrewd strategic negotiator using every available resource to market & sell a property and bring  an escrow to a close. When selling a home I use my proven “30 Point Marketing Plan” that incorporates not only the traditional methods of holding open house, marketing, and advertising, but a more comprehensive approach to raising awareness through the use of technology.  I personally build unique interactive websites for each listing to exhibit the property with dozens of pictures, a detailed property list, and a true video tour.  I then link the site to every known internet resource for viewing by potential buyers & agents. 

In recent years as market has changed I've added selling "bank owned real estate" (Bankers-Team.com) and "short sales" (TheLosAngelesShortSaleGroup.com)  to my business making me one of the top distressed property specialists in the area. 

My experience and successes cover selling luxury homes, selling bank related assets, finding good homes for buyers, and selling previously "unsold" homes.

I've worked hard to be among the less than 4% of Realtors that have achieved the status of CRS (Ceritified Residential Specialist) and ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representatitve), the highest designation awarded. The CRS and ABR designations recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education.
